Spirit of Sushi is a blended wine; the three varieties that compose it are : Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle.

The colour is a light, bright yellow dotted with emerald green highlights. The nose is fine and delicate, with dominant notes  of fresh white-fleshed fruit (peach, pear, litchi...) followed by aromas of cut grass and hawthorn.

 

The initial tasting is soft and tangy. The palate is well structured and full of lightness: a balance made possible by the acidity and the boldness of the wine.  We find principally the fruit flavours with a nice length and a final soft touch of muscat.
